FAQdoohthis

Questions,
answered.

Everything operators ask about getting started, what the platform does, and how it handles every side of the revenue motion.

Dependencies

What doohthis needs from you to get started.

What data do I need to provide to get started?

Board locations — latitude and longitude for each face, plus its size and whether it’s static or digital. doohthis builds everything else.

Do I need to share audience data, traffic counts, or rate cards?

Not for Outbound. doohthis builds each board’s profile on its own; Geopath audiences are used where you have them. The AI RFP Response Engine does need live availability and pricing to quote accurately.

Do I need to integrate with my existing systems before I can use it?

No. You can start without any integration and connect your CRM, email or availability systems later.

What format should the coordinates be in?

Decimal latitude and longitude, one row per face, in a CSV or spreadsheet. You can also place boards on the map.

Can I start with a subset of my inventory?

Yes. Many operators start with one market or a handful of boards and add the rest later.

Is my inventory data kept private?

Yes. Your boards, deals and contacts belong to you and are never shared with other operators.

Outbound

How doohthis helps your team find and close the right brand buyers.

What is the Signal Monitor and how does it work?

Signals Radar watches what’s happening around your boards — store openings, playoffs, school calendars, road projects, festivals — and turns each event into the verticals and brands most likely to act on it, with a pitch angle.

What layers of location intelligence does doohthis use?

The business ecosystem, transit and traffic, demographics and spending, nearby anchors and competitors, local events and tourism, weather and the season — fused with firmographic signals from the brands themselves.

How does the auto-generated campaign feature work?

Campaign Generation turns a board’s ranked verticals, brands and story into a personalised sequence — first email and follow-ups — at the right length for the reader, ready to review and export.

What is Pitch Prep and when does it activate?

Pitch Prep writes board-level arguments, vertical fit and brand-specific stories for the meeting. It’s available for any board, vertical and brand your rep is about to pitch.

Does doohthis include contact data?

Yes. For every business it recommends, doohthis finds the right decision-makers — name, title, work email and phone — through our integrated data partners. Contacts are verified before you send and use credits only when you pull them.

Can I export campaigns to my CRM?

Yes — to your CRM, Outreach.io, Gmail or Outlook.

How is this different from using ZoomInfo or Apollo directly?

Those tools tell you who to reach. doohthis tells you which board, what to say and when — because it knows your boards, what surrounds them and their seasons. It also brings in verified decision-maker contacts through our integrated data partners, and works well alongside the contact tools you already use.

Inbound

How doohthis handles inquiries and RFPs without adding headcount.

What is the AI Voice Sales Rep?

An always-on voice agent that answers your sales line, qualifies the caller, matches the boards they describe and drafts a proposal for your rep.

What is the AI RFP Response Engine?

It reads an incoming RFP, extracts audience, geography, budget and timing, matches your inventory and drafts a full response — built to the agency’s grid if needed.

Can the AI Voice Rep actually close deals, or just qualify leads?

It qualifies, matches, bundles and drafts the proposal. Your rep reviews, sends and closes.

How does the self-serve audience planner work?

Buyers describe their campaign in plain words on your website. The AI OOH Planner recommends boards with a reason for each, and they submit a pre-qualified request.

Does the AI Voice Rep know my specific inventory?

Yes. It works from your boards and their intelligence, so it can match “near the highway by the Walmart” to the right face.

What happens when an inbound inquiry comes in after hours?

It’s answered immediately, and a proposal is waiting for your rep when they start the day.

How does inbound intelligence feed back into outbound?

What buyers ask for — categories, markets, timing — sharpens the rankings and signals your reps use for outbound.

Grow

How doohthis protects renewals and expands accounts.

What does Grow actually do?

It works every booked advertiser between signing and renewal: Check Ins at the right moments, Upsell when there’s a real reason, and At Risk warnings before a renewal slips.

How does Renewal Radar know when a renewal is at risk?

It blends renewal timing against the advertiser’s vertical and brand off-season, the board’s own slow months, and engagement history into a 0–100 risk score.

How does the upsell timing work — what signals trigger it?

Advertiser events like new locations, audience growth near other boards, each category’s seasonal cycle, and board performance milestones.

What are Check-Ins and how are they different from a CRM reminder?

A reminder says “call them.” A Check-In says why — the signal, the data and the window — and comes with the email drafted.

How does At-Risk Accounts use location intelligence — not just engagement history?

It looks at the board’s own seasonality and the advertiser’s season, so a renewal landing in the wrong month is flagged even if the account seems engaged.

Can Grow help me make the case for a rate increase at renewal?

Yes. It brings together delivery, audience growth around the board and seasonal demand to support the conversation.

Is Grow a separate product or part of the doohthis platform?

Part of the platform, using the same board intelligence as Outbound and Inbound.
