Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and doohthis Inc. ("doohthis," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware C Corp, governing your access to and use of the doohthis website at doohthis.com and the doohthis platform (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

These Terms were last updated on July 6, 2026. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

doohthis is a revenue intelligence platform built for Out-of-Home (OOH) media operators. The Services include, but are not limited to:

• Outbound intelligence: Signal monitoring, location intelligence, auto-generated campaign proposals, and pitch preparation tools to help operators identify and close brand buyers.
• Inbound tools: AI Voice Sales Rep, AI RFP Response Engine, and self-serve audience planning tools to handle buyer inquiries and proposals.
• Grow (account intelligence): Renewal Radar, At-Risk Accounts, Check-Ins, and upsell tools to protect and expand existing accounts.
• Platform features: Inventory management, CRM integrations, campaign export, and reporting.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You may not share your account credentials with others or allow multiple individuals to use a single account unless expressly permitted under your subscription plan. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

During the early adopter program, access is granted on an invitation or application basis. Acceptance into the program does not guarantee continued access and is subject to our sole discretion.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or its related systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the platform
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Services without our express written permission
• Use the Services to transmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Use the Services to compete with doohthis or to build a competing product
• Share, resell, or sublicense access to the Services without our written consent

You retain ownership of all data, content, and information you submit to the Services ("Your Data"), including board coordinates, inventory details, and any other proprietary information.

By submitting Your Data to the Services, you grant doohthis a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Data.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to submit Your Data to the Services
• Your Data does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party
• Your Data complies with all applicable laws and regulations

Your inventory data is private. It is never shared with other operators, agencies, buyers, or third parties without your explicit consent. We do not use Your Data to train general-purpose AI models or for any purpose other than providing the Services to you.

The Services and all content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to software, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and the selection and arrangement thereof — are owned by doohthis Inc. and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Services or our intellectual property. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without our prior written consent.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.

doohthis does not publish fixed pricing. All pricing is custom and agreed upon individually following a discovery call. There is no public pricing page. Fees are determined based on your operation, board count, and the modules you activate.

Once pricing is agreed upon and a subscription is activated, the following terms apply:

• Fees are billed in advance on the cadence agreed upon at sign-up (monthly or annual)
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in a separate written agreement
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing at renewal with 30 days' written notice
• Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your account

During the early adopter program, pricing and billing terms are communicated directly to each operator and confirmed in writing before any charges are applied.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

Intelligence, proposals, and recommendations generated by the Services are provided for informational purposes only. doohthis does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any intelligence or content generated by the platform. Sales outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DOOHTHIS INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may terminate by discontinuing use of the Services and closing your account. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination:

• Your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and Your Data after a reasonable period, unless required by law to retain it
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you waive any right to a jury trial.
